Every work is created with love and I hope you love your piece! If for some reason you're not completely satisfied, I will accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date you receive your item.

Return Conditions

• The piece must be returned in its original shipping box and protective wrapping.

• The piece must arrive in undamaged condition and must not have been used. I cannot offer refunds for broken or chipped pottery.

• Please note that unless you are returning an item that arrived to you damaged, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. I recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.

• Custom orders or commissions cannot be returned. 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please reach out through the contact page with the following:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for return

Once I receive your request, I'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once I receive the piece and confirm it meets the return conditions, I will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed.
