Hi, I'm Danielle!
I have been working with clay for over 25 years, beginning as a hobby and a way to relieve stress since my teens. Over the years, my hobby evolved into a deep passion as essential as my morning coffee. Based in Melrose, MA, I live and work alongside my family and my studio pooch, Dakota. Over the past decade, I have transformed my hobby into my business, Clay Arts Studio C.
My goal is to create pieces that look beautiful, feel great, and are completely functional, making everyday moments special. Each piece I create is designed to stand up to everyday handling and tough love. All my work is either wheel-thrown or hand-built and fired in my home studio. I am always happy to work with you to create your ideal set or piece that you have in mind. I would be happy to discuss your ideas and share options like shapes, sizes, and color palettes. Please keep in mind that custom orders can take 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity or number of pieces in a set. I will work with you to create a budget, milestones, share progress images, and work towards a specific delivery deadline so that you know exactly what to expect throughout the process.
